Free Preview Terms

“Free Preview” means any free homepage mockup, brand direction, Automation Roadmap or automation demo provided by Elaria Systems.

  1. Purpose. The Free Preview is provided solely so you can evaluate our work and decide whether to engage Elaria Systems. It is free of charge and without obligation.
  2. Ownership. All rights to the Free Preview — including designs, layouts, texts, concepts, colour and typography selections, workflows, prompts, configurations and code — remain exclusively with Elaria Systems. Reference images shown in a brand direction belong to their respective owners and are included for illustration only.
  3. No use without a contract. You may not use, publish, reproduce, modify, recreate, pass on to third parties (including other agencies, designers or developers) or register as a trademark any Free Preview or recognisable part of it, unless you have signed an agreement with Elaria Systems and paid the corresponding fee.
  4. Format. Design previews are delivered watermarked and in low resolution. Demos run on Elaria Systems’ infrastructure via a private link valid for 14 days, using sample data only. No source files, code or configurations are handed over.
  5. Scope. One Free Preview per business and per service. No revisions are included.
  6. Brand direction is not a logo. A brand direction shows possible styles, colours and typography; it does not include logo design.
  7. Demos are demonstrations. Automation demos are prototypes, not production systems, and must not be used with real customers or real personal data.
  8. Roadmap estimates. Time savings and costs in the Automation Roadmap are estimates based on your answers, not guarantees.
  9. Our discretion. Elaria Systems may decline to prepare a Free Preview. You will still receive an offer or a price range.
  10. Unauthorised use. If a Free Preview is used without an agreement, Elaria Systems reserves the right to invoice the standard fee for the work and usage rights, and to take further legal steps.
  11. Validity. The Free Preview and related offer are valid for 30 days.
  12. Applicable law. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Vevey (Canton of Vaud), Switzerland.
