Elaria Systems is a Swiss business currently being formed. Commercial register details and the Swiss business identification number (UID) will be published on this page as soon as they are issued. Elaria Systems is not subject to Swiss VAT: prices are stated excluding VAT and no VAT is charged.

2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Contabo GmbH (Germany) in its data centre in Lauterbourg (France), within the European Union. Clients who wish to do so may have a dedicated server located in the European Union for the solutions we build for them; this option is discussed and settled before the contract is signed.

3. Purpose of the website

elaria.ch presents the activities of Elaria Systems, organised around three distinct and complementary areas:

• AI agents and automation — design, development and integration of bespoke agents and automated workflows;
• Branding — brand identity, positioning, visual and verbal universe;
• Websites — design, build and deployment of websites.

These three areas may be commissioned separately or combined into a single engagement.

The content of the website is informational only. It constitutes neither an offer within the meaning of the Swiss Code of Obligations, nor a contractual commitment, nor legal, tax or financial advice. Every engagement is the subject of an individual quotation, as described in our General Terms and Conditions.

All elements making up the elaria.ch website — texts, structure, navigation, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, videos, source code, databases — are the exclusive property of Elaria Systems or its partners, and are protected by the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA) and the Federal Act on the Protection of Trade Marks (TmPA).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part and by any means, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Elaria Systems.

Elaria Systems maintains the content of the website with care, but cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Information may be modified at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Elaria Systems accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from access to the website, its use, its unavailability, an error in its content, a virus or any other technical element.
